No matter what size group you need to house The Center's, Othal E Brand, Sr. and Kay Brand, dormitory is sure to please. The hotel style dorm has 40 rooms that can house 1 person or up to 12 persons in our larger rooms. The total capacity of the building is 250 people. This was built to wrap around the activity center allowing fast access to the gym, lounge, conference room, or meeting rooms. Each dorm room has its own private bathroom and shower facilities.

This building was built with the overnight group in mind. Full insulation between rooms and floors keep the noise down to assure a great night of rest. Each room is independently air conditioned for individualized temperature comfort. Hurricane shutters have been placed on every window and door to the outside of the building, which makes it a great place for first responders to use as a staging area for emergency situations. The dorm is fully ADA approved making it great for any conference activities.

For Texas Baptist Men and other Disaster Relief Organizations, the facilities are already recognized as the regions best staging area for local, state and national teams. The new 2 plus acre parking lot for 175 and a Wi-Fi ready campus makes this an ideal location. In the activity center we can add an additional 500 cots if needed. This allows us to minister to these individuals in a time of great need.
