We know that good food and a clean
place to eat are always at the top of the list of any mission
team or conference meeting, and that is why our kitchen and dining
hall are so very important. Our staff takes great pride in the
food they prepare and the service they provide. The kitchen is
open 7 days a week year round and prepares over 300 meals everyday.
Sylvia Hernandez has been on staff since 1987 and has been
cook'n up great food to satisfy even the largest of groups. We
can seat about 400 people per seating and can feed about 600
meals per hour. This is extremely important when we are housing
disaster relief victims and teams.
