VBMEC uses of its facilities and properties for retreats by all Christian groups, denominational agencies, and collegiate organizations whose purposes and objectives are compatible with the statements of beliefs and purpose of VBMEC. VBMEC also allows non-church groups, schools, service clubs, and other organizations who agree to observe the rules and policies of VBMEC to use its facilities. Throughout the fall, winter and spring, many groups have found VBMEC to be an ideal location for retreats, training seminars, conferences, team building experiences and special events. In keeping with the purpose of VBMEC, the encampment administrator has the authority to schedule or refuse the use of VBMEC‘S facilities.
